“Mosaica” daycare building designed by Lindab

In the framework of its activity, AZBI Engineering and Construction Company together with its partner Lindab have successfully completed a number of objects. Each project was unique and required non-standard approach. Due to the existence of Lindab constructions and professionalism of the company’s team, the completed buildings fully meet the requirements of our customers.
Today, the Lindab Company offers another unique solution for the construction market. For the first time in Russia a daycare building will be constructed with the use of light metal structures.

Lindab constructions-based daycare building is designed by the Construction Technologies, a Lindab’s constructor-partner.
The project takes into account newly introduced, more stringent fire safety requirements, newly edited public health regulations No. 2.4.1.2660-10, as well as recently developed methods of preschool education. Each block group includes spacious and bright playroom, separate bedroom, well equipped canteen, and comfortable dressing room. According to the requirements of educational program, the child-care centre is additionally equipped with 2 classrooms and a spacious music room.
Using a Lindab pre-engineered complete building solution as a base of the project brings to life a significant reduction in construction period, as well as in daycare cost per child. Construction of the first child-care centre is planned in early 2012.

 | A gym and a swimming pool are designated to keep children fit and physically active. “Mosaica” project provides a possibility to place a daycare building in a densely populated metropolis area, as it has a small construction footprint. Reasonable zoning allows the daycare building accept 175 children on a space of only 30.00 x 36.00 m. |
